I am backtesting a filter and was wondering how to code the following stipulation.

Buy a stock only when the market (SPY and Nasdaq) is above a certain RSI level, say 70 and is also above the MA(200)

Thanks

On the backtest.... you can set your entry criteria... but you need to use symlist{spy}
