If your filter returns more stocks than you can place with your broker, you might try reordering the list. I have 60 stocks in current filter. When I reorder by a custom variable the losers all drop to the bottom 30 stocks. This gives me a shorter list of potentially better stocks. You have to decide what you are filtering for and create your own various measurements. Add a column to your filter list and sort (up & down)on that. Don't know what the limit is in SF, but when I add more than 2 columns the 3rd column doesn't work.
Good luck,

Peter.
