How do I create a filter for a few exchanges. FOr example, I just want NASDAQ and OTCBB.

I can get the NAS but not the other.

Try this
Fetcher[
close > 5 and volume > 50,000 and add column market exchange and market is amex
]



Fetcher[
close > 5 and volume > 50,000 and add column market exchange and market is not amex
]
