Is there any way SF can keep track of an open gap like below?

A few years back I recall KevinGA was looking for exactly this, but, I could not find the thread. I cant find any software or newsletter service that tracks this.

Can anyone help??

Not exactly what I was looking at - mine was to count the frequency and percentage of times a daily gap up was filled by the end of the same day.
