Is there any filter that can be created to let you know (using the Exchange Traded Funds [ETFs] such as IWM) within SF when going long whether you should be in Growth vs. Value, Large cap vs. Small cap, etc.?

I take it that because there is no response to the original message, this type of filter doesn't exist. If it does, would someone tell me how? Thanks.
