chetron,
The results for the entire month of April for the highs of many of the stocks pulled up by your filter are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!
I've never seen anything like it.
Here's a rundown up to date as of now from April 1st:

DCGN +24%
NURO 26
GTXO 27
PACT 30
JUPM 33
ABPI 37
EPIX 37
TLCV 40
GSB 40
ISTA 42
CHCG 48
DVAX 53
XRM 72
HYTM 73
MESA 87
DFR 90
ACCP 114 (on filter 1 day april 1, it picked dead bottom at 1.40, now trading at 3! )
UTVG 118

Those are %'s folks, NOT pennies!

And for myself who likes the short side as well, going on red produced some beauts too:
TMA -22%
BRCR -22
VION -24
FMXL -25
CKNN -35
FMNT -62
DEEP -75
VDTI -81

Don't know how you came up with this filter but it's hall of fame stuff!

The entry point positively according to chetrons filter was on April 29th anywhere it went green which was at the lowest and best possible entry @ .56

In that time it has run as high as $1.38 with a best closing price of 1.10
