Ok I want to find stocks that have been below 20(and not above at any time) on the ADX for 90 days, but have recently gone above 20 with last 2-5 days or so. So I tried the first part and put offset 10 days, then I tried the ADX going over 20, but no stocks come up as I think the offset must have been applied to entire filter. Any suggestions here?

ADX(14) has been below 20 for 90 days
offset 10 days
This was how I wrote the first part, now what do I do? lol
