Not sure how to represent this within SF. i am thinking of a scan for stocks producing wide swings in sideways or gradually upward or sloping trading ranges. There should be adequate volatility and cyclical motion along with wide, frequent swings in a sideways trend. On a percentage basis, cyclical price swings would be within an approximate range of 40% to 75%.

Stocks should have a 9-month / 6-month RSI's as high s possible.

Thanks
