Can someone show me a filter that is very accurate in predicting when to buy a stock? And another filter that would be accurate in predicting a good time to short a stock

Look for Muddy/Wallman's ONE LINE FILTER.

Read what he has to say.

But you have to learn how to trade.

Read Muddy's Wait for Green.

It's not what stock you trade...

IT'S HOW YOU TRADE IT!
