Anyone familiar with Ichimoku charting technique?

If I remember right....it has much to do with Mid-points of past highs, and past lows. This is something very relative to what TheRumpledOne does on his "Middle of the Range" filter. "Ichimoku", I believe translates to something like...."your only Look." It's been awhile....so don't quote me.
