I've backtested this site quite extensively:

http://www.stock100.com

My summary after plotting daily data in Excel for one month from this site is that one has a 50% chance. It is no better than my own neural brain and TA.

Stocks plotted:

^ixic,^dji,^gspc,aet,ahc,amgn,apc,br,btu,dna,hig,ivgn,kmg,mo,oxy,pd,shld,str,sun,ts,vlo,wlp,ied,pets,rdy,rae,icoc,ets,ome
