I am trying to find a way to change the settings on the detrended price oscilator, and I am having problems with it....

I simply change the DPO setting for period 1 to 144 and look for stocks that have their 144 period dpo above zero and I get no returns....

man, dont feel bad, i just real recently joined, and i am disoriented. i need to create like 5 filters to create a stock. got a lot of reading to do

Start with a few "public filters" as a base. Helps the learning curve a bit. TRO, Muddy Method, Riggs, Alf (and many more) have some great filters to use as a base (or as a strategy) as well. Happy trading.
