Hi,
I am testing this filter but RSI(2) values don't match with other sites. For example, in April 4th BRLI had RSI(2)=0 (check links for: yahoo fin, google fin, freestockcharts, etc). But Stockfetcher shows RSI(2)=42.50
Could you comment this?

and CMA(Williams %R(2),12) has been decreasing for 1 day
and close is between 15 and 50
and draw RSI(2)
and add column RSI(2)
and do not draw Williams %R(2)
and draw Williams %R(2)
offset is 5 days]
