picked up some yesterday...a nice position trading stock

take a look at this chart FTI...I bought on 10-5-07@57.12...would you sell or hold ???( if you are a swing trader). Good volume with candlesticks showing a stalemate in power. I sold yesterday at 62.80, taking profits is never a bad thing.

Yup, I think you did the right thing. You set up your entry, took the breakout and sold it when it leveled out. So what if it goes up more? You made $$. Good trade JP

Would you not just put a stop in at the low of the 4th candle in, around $62?

My trading style changes in the environment presented. With three downs days in the market i figure i would get in and out as quickly as possible. I used this money and picked up a great breakout of SID and sold after the breakout. Thanks for your feedback .
