is it possible to generate charts for these indicators "shares short" and "short % of float" of a certain ticker/stock ?

Can anyone tell me why the shares outstanding is a straight line? Is not it supposed to changed?

How often it (SHARES OUTSTANDING) changes is based on any of many activities.
How often did you expect it would change (daily, monthly, yearly) ?
For example, Stock Splits change shares outstanding. But, splits don't happen every day.

Shares short / short % of float are not the came as SHARES OUTSTANDING.
I don't think StockFetcher offers Shares short / short % of float.
