St Joe,intra day means,in otherwords,"within the day" time frame.You can use 1,3,5,10,15,30 min. or hour time frames to trade off of.Some other good advice,whatever your doing in the acct thats up,keep doing more of.Whatever your doing in acct thats down,stop doing.Trade small size to get an education.Focus on 2-3 stocks to get the feel for how they move.Good luck...
