Hello all - I am curious if someone could help me create the following filter:

stock has been trending up for 4 weeks on the weekly bars
and was trending up on the daily bars but then reversed into a downtrend but has since reversed back into the uptrend.

Sound crazy? I know, only way I could describe it. The basic premise is to find stocks that are increasing on a large timeframe, have made a reversal against the trend on a smaller timeframe but then spun around and is now headed in the same direction of the larger timeframe. Any ideas?
