I'm new to trading and just discovered this site, awesome btw

I'm trying to set up a Williams %R filter where its triggered when Williams %R crosses above -50 but has been below -70 for a few days prior. This "below -70 for a few days prior" is what i can't figure out.

Can someone help me?
