any way to get a daily e-mail from a match list from my watch lists? I see you can get a daily e-mail from a filter, but I just want it from the matches on my watch lists.

In other words, you want to get email that shows the results of filters but only if the results are from your watchlists?
If that is correct, then try this...
Write filters and then as the last line of the filters apply the filter to your watchlists, like this;
and apply to watchlist(mylist1,mylist2,mylist3)
then email yourself the filter results.
