Works for me ...

Fetcher[
set{range,high - low}
set{range1,range / 2}
and close greater than range1
]

When Stockfetcher is updating their prices throughout the day, the website won't function properly, won't return any stocks, etc.

Are you looking for stocks closing above the midpoint of their range?

Fetcher[set{range, High-Low}
and set{range1, range/2}
and set{std, Low+range1}
and Close above std
]
