1) Which parameter in backtesting is most significant : Win/Lose , Reward/Risk or Roi ?

2) I try many many filters in period 2 years. when Reward/Risk is above 2.00 Roi is low (20-30%) , when Roi is above 80% Reward/Risk is below 1.5 , why ?
