After the last new low 52 week low (previous occurrence) shows up I want to find the first day a new high 52 week high (first occurrence) shows up. Stocks move between new highs and new lows. In my case, I want to find that first day a stock hits a new high 52 week high following the last day a stock hits a new low 52 low and visa versa. Thank you.
