In that case when I see historical returns on your site where $100K was converted to ~550K in the last 10 years is really $50K getting converted to 550K with 2 to 1 margin. That is amazing returns. Am I reading it correctly?

Not really. The backtest in Stratasearch does not include margin. I can add margin in but in this case I did not.

You might want to look into UDEMY which offers the opportunity to offer educational (including finance) courses. One course on UDEMY has had 34000 students (An excel class) and it sells for $99 which means they have earned over 3.6 million dollars. What I am suggesting is that you package your idea and FR code and post it. Since you are prolific in creating investment approaches you could offer a sucession of these courses in the same manner.

UDEMY takes 30% of the income for their part and you get the rest. They do not charge an upfront fee but as you will find they expect a quality product including a video of you talking as your power point explains your approach. They guide you through the creation of the course.

The UDEMY website can be reached at You can browse other courses on this page to get a feel for the type of courses offered and their formats. Then you can click on the button "teach online" near the top of the page on the right of the page to start the process of learning how to publish your course on the UDEMY website They will expect your offering to meet the same quality as those posted already so there is an expense to produce the course. But from there on there is little expense except for you to promote it. Being a member of several services gives you a chance to promote the product. In fact, you might offer a version for each of the many services like StockFetcher. You might want to cover a large number of these services to widen your customer base.

As you will see UDEMY courses are offered for 19.99 to 399.95. Price is your choice. Obviously, spend some time, understanding costs, market definition, how to reach them and comparison with your current approach. Go for it if the numbers are favorable.

@duke: My fault for starting this thread - I wanted to get a sense of interest in these signal systems in general from the SF community, who I think are reasonably informed traders.

Anyone who wants to comment - it might be better to just send me a note at statisticalinvesting @ gmail . com
