I found this filter as part of an artical by Bill Poulos, "Underground ETF Profit Blueprint"
Part of his system finds ETF's with the following criteria.

Volume is for the past 50 days is greater than 300000 shares

(Highest high of the past 30 days – Lowest low of the past 10 days) / Close < 0.15.

I came up with this. There are no syntax errors but the filter didn't return any results
Would appreciate someone checking this for errors.

Fetcher[
show stocks where market is ETF
and average volume is above 300000 for last 50 days
and ( 30 day high minus 10 day low ) / close is < 0.15
]

Thanks,
Vic
