klynn55: I create a list when the stock gets below -67, then look for buyers participation- volume. When the stock crosses back above -67 I will enter with a small position, use a shorter time frame for entries.Normally my target is 1st resistance(i use a Kelter (18,0.15). Remember this stock is in a downtrend and at every bounce sellers will attempt to short it and buyers will try to put the squeeze on, this is what makes it exciting...play them long and short, volatility is what I'm looking for.

three major turning points are -40, -53, -67. A safe entry would be when the stock makes a lower low and the Malakhi makes a higher low.

JP; create a daily watchlist using rsi14 under 20, for entry , look for volume , use an ema 18 for resistance, when stock crosses rsi7 30,use intraday entry ( 5 minute chart) ,for entry, price over 9 ema, rsi14 over 50 , and macd crossing under zero line.

I don't think you can predict it, but you will know once you're involve. I go to http://www.nasdaq.com/aspxcontent/shortinterests.aspx?symbol=HNT&selected=HNT for short interest ratio.

HNT...is an example of a stock that bottomed, ran up into resistance, back down (DB), the Malakhi is making a higher low. ...add it to your watchlist..it's not the holy grail but it works excellent for my trading style.

I am new here (hope it's not that obvious) but not real good at writing filters yet.
Are you able to make your post from 7:11 and 7:20 last night clickable (FETCHER)?
I would really appreciate it - if not no problem.
Thank you for your valuable input.

JP,

"the Malakhi is making a higher low. ...add it to your watchlist..it's not the holy grail but it works excellent for my trading style. "

What is the Malakhi indicator? Can you share some highlights on it, since some of us here are not so IT inclined.

JP: you gave HNT out yesterday, when i pull up a daily chart the rsi14s are very different on 8/8 and 8/22, yet the same two days are equal visually from the bottom of the daily chart, so your mystery indicator in this instance has an advantage over rsi14. Did you find this HNT DB visually or did your mystery scan find it?

I scan for the first bottom(<-67) then add to watchlist.

johnpaul - any chance to get your TOS script for this?
I was hoping you had it tested and ready for prime time :-)
I was disappointed last year when all of your charts were pulled
and was hoping to see something current or the TOS script.
Thank you in advance
