Has anyone been able to replicate a basic IBD 100 filter....then we can pick up the stocks before IBD even publishes it...in fact we can get the top 100 on a daily basis.

No, it is not possible with Stock Fetcher.
IBD is ranking its stocks based on fundamental data (I think). How they do this is their secret. It may still be possible to take the list (100 symbols) and find some meaningful filter based on technical analysis.
To test this would be a big project though. Somebody with access to the past symbols (or a subscription to IBD) may be able to do it.

Yep...I forgot...IB is a fundamental scan....I prefer technicals anyway...a good uptrending chart has the fundamentals built into it anyway...and if it doesn't...who cares?...its trending up anyway.

IBD picks are based on C.A.N.S.L.I.M. I think from Bill O'Niel. You can learn more about it at: http://www.winninginvesting.com/canslim.htm
