I am wondering if I can use monthly and weekly charts screens to look for oversold Stochastics, Williams %R and long term moving averages. I'm looking for the long term equivilent of this daily chart screen.
'Find stocks trading between $2 and $15 Williams %R oversold greater than -80 Slow stochastics %K less than 25 where the close is less than 6% above (25)MA and average volume is more than 100,000 shares'
Thanks

Thank you for reading my thoughts. I emailed StockFetcher Support with just that question a short while before finding your post...

OK...got a reply and basically you just prefix your indicator with "weekly". Here are a few filters that incorporate the weekly indicators:

================================================================================
OVERSOLD STOCHASTIC DAILY AND WEEKLY
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Show stocks where Weekly Slow Stochastic(14,3) %D is less than 20 AND

Slow Stochastic(14,3) %D is less than 20 AND

Slow Stochastic(14,3) %D is greater than Slow Stochastic(14,3) %D 1 day ago AND

Volume is greater than Volume 1 day ago AND

Average Volume(90) is greater than 100,000 AND

Price is between 2 and 40 AND

Add column Relative Strength
================================================================================
OVERSOLD WILLIAMS %R DAILY AND WEEKLY
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Show stocks where weekly Williams %R(14) is less than -80 AND

Williams %R(14) is less than -80 AND

Williams %R(14) is greater than Williams %R(14) 1 day ago AND

Volume is greater than Volume 1 day ago AND

Average Volume(90) is greater than 100,000 AND

Price is between 2 and 40 AND

Add column Relative Strength

Actually, the last filter is not accurate. This is how I designed it:

Show stocks where weekly Williams %R(14) is less than -50 AND Williams %R(14) is less than -75 AND Williams %R(14) is greater than Williams %R(14) 1 day ago AND Weekly Slow Stochastic(14,3) %D is less than 50 AND Slow Stochastic(14,3) %D is less than 25 AND Slow Stochastic(14,3) %D is greater than Slow Stochastic(14,3) %D 1 day ago AND Volume is greater than Volume 1 day ago AND Average Volume(90) is greater than 100,000 AND Price is between 0 and 10 AND Add column Relative Strength
