Run a 10 day (hourly) graph against DIA an ETF that mimics the Dow Jones Industrials. Every time DIA goes over 75 in its Slow Stochastics buy the counter fund SKF. SKF will go up when DIA goes down. Since 75 is the overbought red flag for any stock, DIA then would be the favorite ETF to counter with. Check it out and see for yourself how consitant this match up is. Remember the key is DIA's Slow Stochastic. It has to be at least above 75.

Also, try putting up a Big Charts.com. Go into the Interactive section and do a 1 year graph with a weekly frequency against DIA, a ETF that mimics the Dow. In the compare field add TWM, an ETF that goes opposite of the Dow with DIA. You will see that everytime DIA's Slow Stochastic %d is above 75 TWM goes up and DIA goes down. It's a powerful teeter totter effect. Go try it and tell me what you think.
