Anyone know how to "remove" a sector from a filter?

I have a short filter that I would like to remove the banking sector to knock out some of the temporary non-shortable stocks.

Tried variations of this to no avail:

Fetcher[apply to Sector(BANKING)]

Thanks.

Or, is there a way to create a watchlist of the 799 non-shortable financial stocks and have them "not" show in a filter?

Ok, finished with this problem.

Work-around:

Create sole Watch List of the 799 tickers. Now non-shortable stocks are highlighted in the short filter and will be visually ignored. No need to waste time trying to short a stock when there is no chance at all that the broker will have shares.

Thanks.

In case anyone has not followed what is going on, the SEC Halted Short Selling of 799 Financial Stocks until October 2nd.

About 80% of my trades are shorts, so this impacts me directly.
