I am looking for help in writing a formula that would return stocks that are with in 10% on the downside of a stock that has set a new high in the last 45 days. Is that possible on here?

Something like this?

Fetcher[
s&p 500

set{hi52w,high 52 week high}
set{h45,high 45 day high}
h45 above hi52w 45 days ago
set{10pullback,h45*0.9}
close near 10pullback do not draw 10pullback
]
