you use the 5-30 minutes rsi(2) and look for a big pos divergence >65%-this leads to very explosive moves- like on the qqqq the safe entry using 10 minutes was at 42.48 with a +71% 15 minutes was +73% at 42.59 and for the 20 minute bars it was 42.70 a +77% and you can see what has happened once it hit 42.70-----now has a high of 43.43 si far and counting-- remember the qqqq has a float of abouty 500 million shares-so when the qqqq drops -450-750 million shares on the obv you will near a bottom--
