The filter must have the potent fundamentals of the top 20 stocks in the IBD 100 list. Optionable. The "shares outstanding" measure can replace float. I'm not sure about other measures that must replace things like: "quarterly earnings above"...etc. The following is my lattest effort. It needs work ...lots & lots of it. Thank you.
ps. Many of these picks were also in IBD 100 but, none seemed to be in the top 20.

Fetcher[shares outstanding below 20 million
and earnings per share up more than 70% in the last 90 days
and close is above 1.
and stocks are optionable
and date offset is 26 weeks ago

You probably know that " eps > 70% last 90 days" doesnt work here.
One place where you can filter for for "eps > xx% last quarter" is www.investor.com..... Here you can try adding "relative strength(^ixic,90) > 1.25 " to get high rs.

Try searching on "ibd 100" . Many people keep watchlists of stocks with those characteristics. Some even discuss their methods.

I have a soft spot for the IBD100.

Best stocks in the best industries with a little pullback = great swing trades.

I just put out a question to StockFetcher's staff for their consideration of this suggestion.

What's the chances of giving us the ability to get graphs / charts on Sectors and Industries? This way we can apply a specific filter to them. Giving us the lead knowledge that it's time to look at that particular Sector or Industry for companies to look at.

StockFetcher, you did do a nice job of showing us the temperature of Sectors and Industries on the home page. But, I think if you could provide us chart visualization and filtering capabilities concerning the Sectors and Industries that would be a WONDERFUL add-on and quite the gift to us.

I have several filters that ping on IBD100 pullbacks. When I have several picks to choose from, I am able to look up their stock checkup and compare their industry ratings. I will usually pick the stocks with the best industries. Especially in a down market...they need all the help they can get.

Also tempted to trade SDS...the ultrashort S&P ETF
