How do I write a filter to capture the consolidation of the MAs with low steady volume and the earlier uptick and separation of the MAs and the start of the separation of MA 3-15 from MA 30-60 Currently the filter fetches 1000+ matches I am trying to get it down to something like 200. Tthanks in advance

Study how ZIOP and ANTH worked with these few indicators in the past on when to buy in on the pullbacks. Keep the filter simple I say. Submit Fetcher[ show stocks where RSI(14) is above 50.00 and average day range(30) is above 4.50 do not draw average day range(30) chart-time is 8 months and price is above ema(13) market is not OTCBB draw high 4 week high Draw rsi(14) line at 70.00 Draw rsi(14) line at 50.00 Draw EMA(30) Draw EMA(50) Volume is above 500000 Price is above 1 and Price is below 20]
