Does stockfetcher have the data for CBOE VOLATILITY INDEX? (symbol: VIX) (Yahoo Finance: ^VIX) ?

Happy Trading

Would it be hard to add this to stockfetcher? I thought the data provider for stockfetcher, csidata carries the CBOE volatility index data.

Also, is there an advance/decline symbol that shows what percentage/number of securities in an exchange advanced or declined in a given day?
