Does anyone know if theirs a filter to change the time frame of indicators? For example I'm experimenting with filters where the macd crosses above and below zero but it only filters it on a daily basis.is there a way to filter the macd for when it crosses in a 60 min time frame instead?

Only two time frames are supported here at SF - daily and weekly.
