I want to create a filter where the 14 week RSI has moved above 63, the first time doing so in the past 180 days. Basicially I am looking for stocks starting to take off, not stocks which may have a strong RSI over a period of time moving up base after base.

Fetcher[show stocks where rsi(14) crossed above 63 and rsi(14) 1 day ago has been below 63 the last 6 months]
