Hello. I'm pretty new here and slowly learning SF. Sorry for my noob question but is there a way to create a filter for Weekly Williams %R(2) of today to be at least 10 higher than yesterday's Weekly Williams %R(2)?

Edit: Sorry..forgot to fix the subject
