I'd just like to restructure my results so that I can receive highest percent winners down to lowest rather than what seems to be the default setting for most volume. Is there a way to accomplish that? Thanks.

Yes, go to Account drop down on top right of SF webpage, choose Settings, then choose the Results tab, and go down to "default Sort for your filter results", and choose "Percent Change Descending" then click the tiny X at the top right to save your settings.
