That might not be such a good idea.
When I'm going back to find something, oft'times I go by the title of the post. If it's changed, then I may not be able to find it later.

It will allow you to change the "new forum post" to a descriptive title if you fat finger and forget to name it. Notice all the "new forum post"(s) out there? It's ugly.

Didn't we have the ability to quote forum messages at one time? That would be nice as well.
