I have tried to create a filter whereby neither a new high or new low has been reached within a specified number of days but when I run it I get names that have made both...my question is how to write "Stocks where a new N day high has not been reached for N days and where a new N day low has not been reached for N days"...??? Thx

Try " high 10 day high is greater than high today
low 10 day low is less than low today"
Add your other qualifiers and you're good to go.
