Does anyone know of a website where I can screen using these filters:
Option Open Interest
Option Volume
Stock Volume
and if possible... Earnings announcement date.

Yahoo finance has all that information. Go to investing and open options. For earnings notifications go to the left column and look under company events. The site isnt all inclusive but it's fast. I have a Fidelity account and prior to a trade I'll run Yahoo finance on a split screen to save time if I need basic information which Fidelity can easily supply.

schaeffers investment research also has a scanner and some interesting issues like open interest configuration.
