Yes, they were down.
How did I know?
Prophetnet support doesn't answer the phone when their servers are down.
In the meantime, I signed up for Worden charts.
They're GORGEOUS!
And their tech support people HELP you set up your screens.
Very nice people.
Nice charts.

This is supposedly be the day of reckoning when ure migrated to their "ProphetCharts", which they dub as Prophet 2.0. I tried their beta version and it does provide a lot more gizmos but here's a caveat. First, the monthly premium is going up thanks in part due to their innovation. Also, you might have noticed that Prophet.net was earlier bought by Investools. Now, as I understand, "Think or Swim", Investools' very own brokerage, offered ProphetCharts to its customers for months. Why would Prophet.net provide this same service for those at Think or Swim but not to their own people? FWIW
If you ask me, they ain't what they used to be!

Karen,
Just above the Market Matrix box, you should find "If you're not ready to use ProphetCharts, click here to switch back to using JavaCharts with MarketMatrix."
**edit**
The hyperlink is now activated, so by clicking on you should be able to get back to the old configuration.

i don't see that.
i put worden charts on my computer, and now i don't know if prophet is screwed up or if the worden charts screwed up the prophet charts.
everything is messed up.
THANK GOD I didn't own CROX @ $70, otherwise, today I would've pulled the trigger ....

Karen, it wasn't a live hyperlink. I didn't know it would work, but now that I checked it does work. Try the link again.
With regards to CROX, I can only say that it DID go down quite severely once I made the short call -- although it climbed back up since then. At the end of the day, who is right and who is wrong is better left to the eye of the beholder if you ask me. FWIW (So why is this puppy down so much today?)
