On StockCharts.com there is a technical indicator called ROC or rate of change. It measures price ROC. I am using a 14 period setting. I am attempting to scan for crossovers or ROC above a certain figure. No matter how I word the scan here, my results do not match what I am seeking. Any help???

Fetcher[
draw roc(21,1) line at 0
draw roc(21,1) crossed above 10
draw roc(21,21) line at 0
add column roc(21,1)

Thanks Four, that gives me some of what I am looking for. Really hoped to get crosses above 0 a little closer in time on some. Many crosses are weeks old, but some are also very recent. Again thanks.
