Is there a way to revese engineer with stockfetcher,
i.e., put is some ticker symbol and get out a filter???

The "Symbol Analyzer" on the home page is the closest thing I can think of, but that matches a symbol to various filters (yours, plus a "standard list" of bullish/bearish filters).
