I did the screen for the stocks price above 40 where setup is Stochastic below 20 to see stock is at buy signal. However, i was not getting all of the stocks below 20 line. Do i have to change my crtiteria so i only get stocks below 20 not above 20 to be very accurate? I did the following screen setup. Can you make it better so i get only below 20 not above 20? Look at for example FB is not even close to 20 or below 20.
Thanks.

Slow Stochastic(10) Fast %K is below 20
Close is above 40

slow stochastic fast %k(10,3) < 20
slow stochastic slow %d(10,3) < 20

* Notice both of the above lines are required for the FAST and SLOW to be below 20

NOTE:
* FB should not be returned even if you use only one of the above lines
