I want to create a filter to provide the following.

"Price closed lower than 30 days ago.
Ultimate Oscillator closed higher than 30 days ago."

Anyone know how to do it so the program recognizes it and takes?

Would also want the Ultimate Oscillator set at (4,8,16) and I can fill in the rest of the requirements as I've set up several filters.

Fetcher[
draw Ultimate Oscillator (4,8,16)

set{x, count(close < close 30 days ago,1)}
x > 0
set{xx, count( Ultimate Oscillator (4,8,16) > Ultimate Oscillator (4,8,16) 30 days ago,1)}
xx > 0
]

Suppress 'x' and 'xx'

Fetcher[
draw Ultimate Oscillator (4,8,16)

set{x, count(close < close 30 days ago,1)}
x > 0
set{xx, count( Ultimate Oscillator (4,8,16) > Ultimate Oscillator (4,8,16) 30 days ago,1)}
xx > 0

do not draw x
do not draw xx
