Pretty great morning popper but NO WAY to take advantage of it.
Look what happened after SF was slow on the trigger to update
filters this morning.

Thanx S. Anything realtime that is cheaper?

This is a nice filter i just re-discovered. Can't remember where i found it
though. All i did was play with the price.

Yes. Ninjatrader is free to use, but you will need a data feed to use realtime. I believe barchart.com has a RT streaming feed for about 70 bones per mo. If you want to make $ you have to shell out a few. Equityfeed is another for $99 per mo. Both include level 1 & 2 data and exchange fees included in price.

Both barchart and equityfeed offer 14 or 30 day trials. Download ninjatrader, set up and configure the indicators you intend to use, set the alert colors and conditions, (very easy to do) and then get you a trial and try it.
If you make some jack and like the setup I dont think 70 per mo will kill you. If you run out of one trial go to the other. Should get you a couple of free months in anyway. You can see all the data providers in the ninjatrader manual.

Here's everything i know about this scan.
I would tweak it to stocks between 1-5
simply because there are not many that pop up
in the 2-3 range but 2-3 will give the best returns.
Also tweak the volume to as low as 20,000.You get
great results but if you go too low in volume or too
high in price, you lose steam. Also, i would only
buy stocks that do not gap up in price. They seem to
move the best as you will see. My exit would be 3 days
as it seems a logical exit since these will usually run
in that period. Although i am so tempted to throw
$100,000 at these friggin flyers, i think $5g per trade
would be wise making 10-20% side cash almost daily.
Volume could be an issue. In fact i think i will name this filter
FRIGGEN FLYERS!!
