I have an old account at etrade. It is messed up and the "associate" tells me that I must speak to a broker - one will be with me shortly. They go away, and no one ever comes on line, after even an hour. I have waited on the phone an hour twice today. How much abuse do they expect their account holders to be subjected to?
CAN SOME ONE TELL ME HOW TO GET THRU TO THEM WITHOUT GOING THRU THEIR 800-387-2331 AND BEING SUBJECTED TO HOLDING HELL?
