I use "draw center linear regression line(20,0.70)" and linear regression lines are always drawn for the last n days. If I change the date selection two days ago, it still draws for last n days, it doesn't draw two days ago how the lines regression line would have looked. Is there a way to see how the regression line would have looked few days ago?

The only way I know would be to save screen prints of charts every day and then look at the 2 day ago saved charts.
However, since Linear Regression Channels appear to be an official SF indicator then their Help group should be supporting them and clearly this is some kind of programming error that is fixing the calculation to the most recent n days, no matter what the date offset is.
Try sending a message to support using the orange and white cloud icon at the bottom right of any SF webpage that isn't a chart page.
