Is there a way to write a filter by combining a specific screen for the stocks and general market conditions?

For example, "show stocks where MACD crossed above 0 within the last 1 day and weekly MACD is above 0 and weekly MACD of nasdaq (ixic) is above 0 and weekly histogram of nasdaq is above 0". In other words, can I fetch list of stocks whose individual macd's moved above 0 after the close, whose individual weekly macd are above 0 WHILE weekly macd of entire nasdaq market (=symbol ixic or say qqq for naz100)is above 0 and weekly histogram of entire nasdaq market is above 0. Sorry to repeat but I was not sure if I was clear enough.

Also, is there a way to incorporate exit signal in the same fetcher?

Thanks in advance
